Should you be unfortunate enough to suffer a loss we want to help you to make a claim as quickly and efficiently as we can.

For all motor claims please contact our claims helpline on 01260 241 000 which is available 24 hours a day and 365 days a year. Your call will be answered by a specialist claims team and you will be appointed with a dedicated claims handler from start to finish. This service is provided by our partner ALPS Legal Practice, an award-winning team of claims personnel and legal professionals that will act on your behalf and guide you through every step of the claims process.
